The Museum of Science and Industry (MSI) kicked off its 90th anniversary at their 43rd Annual Columbian Ball. Not only was there a surprise drone show commemorating its iconic upcoming exhibits, but there was also a celebration for all of its rich history that has been feeding museum visitors with knowledge for years.
“MSI is both a world class museum and a testament. It is a testament to humanity’s quest for knowledge and excellence; to our determination and courage; and to our ability to work together to achieve what we once thought was impossible,” said Pat and Kelly Basu, Columbian Ball Co-Chairs.
The event brought together a diverse array of science enthusiasts and supporters who altogether helped raise $1.3 million towards MSI’s commitment and dedication to fostering future generations of science leaders and innovators.
