Spring in Chicago

We miss dinner with friends, the CSO, the White Sox and Cubs, travel, tennis, theater, and all the people who make Chicago a special place. We are tired of the constant stream of bad news from Fauci, Pritzker, and Lightfoot. But in spite of it all, it’s spring and Chicago is looking it’s best. My travel radius is limited to about one mile centered at our house in Bucktown. However, within that mile, the streets and parks are alive with new foliage and flowers. Kids are excited to get on their bikes and scooters wearing brightly colored outfits and helmets. I always bring my iPhone on walks around the neighborhood and try to capture some of the beauty and energy of the season in my iPhone photos. Here are some of my impressions captured over the past few weeks:
