Halloween has always been a favorite celebration in the Wilder household. Our neighbors block off traffic from our street and hundreds of kids from the neighborhood converge around our house. We invite friends over for supper and distribute the tchotchkes which we have collected from Mexico and art museums around the country. Halloween is great for photographing kids too. Parents who are reluctant to have their children pose during the rest of the year love to show them off on this special day. This year is different. Since we won’t be celebrating as in years past, I decided to pull together photos from past Halloweens to share and look forward to celebrating the party again next year.
