No two people better combine work and pleasure, blending hospitality with personalized recommendations than Julie Harron and Michelle Kubala, making it both insightful and entertaining to learn why they are saying Why Miami Now. We asked them to tell us in photographs what they mean.

Dividing their time between Chicago and South Florida, with a strong Palm Beach portfolio, the duo comment that their mission for their clients through the Julie Harron Group and partnership with Cervera Real Estate active in Miami since 1969 is to help clients connect with what they love and find the small and large things that they need in a new community.

On a recent visit with Harron and Kubala over green smoothies at their favorite Chicago club, they mentioned that Miami not only reflects current enormous business trends with the relocation and establishment of top companies in Miami and now its Brickell community as the second largest financial center in the country, the multicultural and architectural hub is a major fall focus for their work.

With all of the fun… You can mix some philanthropic events – Many charities from Chicago finding footprints in Miami. Ex: Miami Wings Event. From left to right: Julie Harron, Alicia Cervera Lamadrid, Denise Brown, Rebecca Darr

As fall soon fades and winter not long away, it seemed a perfect time to share what potential residents and visitors might love to do if they say Miami now.
