This is a photographic salute to these honorable Chicago men who brave our harsh winter weather to walk their dogs (even taking the time to wash salt off their paws), and, in some cases, dressing these pampered pups with panache. (These dogs have asked me to give special thanks, as well, to the women in their lives who feed them.)
