When Chicago luxury residential broker Julie Harron welcomed guests celebrating her new Worth Avenue offices in Palm Beach as Head of General Real Estate for Palm Beach for Cervera, the family-owned international company based in Miami, Chicago friends joined other local residents to offer congratulations.

Harron says that she plans her travels based on a client’s schedule, finding hopping back and forth a pleasure, confident in the staff she is building and her VP of Operations Michelle Kubala. One of her favorite activities is connecting clients to things they love to do as they settle into a new home.

One of her expanding team of brokers is Linda Sluman whose husband Jeff is a professional golfer who has won six PGA tours. “We hope to add a round of golf with Jeff for client golfers,” Harron said.

Fresh from a Society of the Four Arts Gala last weekend which she attended with Chicago friends, Harron does Pilates every morning as well as walk along the inner costal or Ocean and pickeball with Kubala and friends. Another necessity: her famous green drink of cucumber, celery and intense ginger for vitality. “Pilates offers such fine core strength and spinal health which changes your live.”
