Meatloaf:
Ingredients:
1 lbs. ground beef
1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 egg
1/8 ketchup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, and place into the loaf pan. Spread 3 Tablespoons of Ketchup over the top of the meatloaf. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
Mashed Potatoes:
Ingredients:
4 baked potatoes
3 Tablespoons of marscapone cheese
1 Tablespoon butter
Pinch of slat & pepper
2 Tablespoons milk
4 Baked potatoes and peeled into a sauce pan filled with salted water. Bring to boil, and cook potatoes until knife tender (They would slide off the knife). Drain the potatoes into a mixing bowl, and place all of the other ingredients. Whip until potatoes are smooth.
Mushroom Gravy:
Ingredients:
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
Pinch of salt and pepper
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups of chicken stock
Place butter and mushrooms into a sauté pan. Cook until almost all of the liquid is gone, and the flour, salt and pepper. Then slowly add chicken stock until completely mixed in and gravy thickens until it will stick to the back of the spoon.
